8TH HILL RESTAURANT

The 8th Hill Restaurant sits in a prime location at the intersection of Columbus Avenue and 77th Street, opposite the Museum of Natural History in Manhattan. It's an inclusive venue where people can come together, relax and enjoy quality food and drink in the company of loved ones.

The restaurant's interior is infused with a mid-century modern aesthetic, offset by luxurious touches and contemporary elements. The brushed brass finishes and globe light fixtures evoke a mid-century ambiance, and the underbar lighting adds depth and interest. The bottle storage feature located within the back bar wall is visible from both inside and outside, creating a striking visual impact.

Our design vision for the 8th Hill was to imbue the space with the relaxed, Mediterranean vibe of the 1950s and 60s, while incorporating modern design elements to create a fresh and updated feel. We aimed to create a nautical-inspired atmosphere that would resonate with the restaurant's location, while also providing a warm and inviting ambiance.

Our team provided full architectural services for the project, from initial design concept through to construction administration. The 8th Hill Restaurant was completed in 2019 and stands as a testament to our commitment to creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect our clients' unique vision.
